The IRAYPLE AX7C10MK250 is a high-performance, network-ready uncooled infrared camera core module engineered for reliable integration into industrial automation and machine vision systems. It features a standard Gigabit Ethernet (GigE) interface, providing 1 Gbps of data bandwidth and supporting cable lengths of up to 100 meters for flexible and distributed system installation. The core module is equipped with 256MB of onboard cache to ensure reliable data handling during high-throughput operations and to facilitate robust image packet retransmission. It offers versatile operational control through support for software triggering, hardware triggering, and free-running modes. A key technical feature is its comprehensive suite of on-board Image Signal Processing (ISP) functions for real-time image enhancement. The device is fully compliant with the GigE Vision protocol and GenICam standard, ensuring seamless interoperability, and carries essential international certifications including CE, UKCA, UL, KC, and RoHS for global industrial deployment.
