Product Overview
The IRAYPLE AH7160CU000 is a high-performance, uncooled amorphous silicon (a-Si) microbolometer infrared detector core module designed for reliable thermal imaging in industrial automation. It captures long-wave infrared radiation (LWIR, 8-14 µm) and converts it into clear digital thermal images using microbolometer technology where an array of a-Si pixels absorbs IR energy, changes temperature, and alters electrical resistance.
This integrated core houses the focal plane array (FPA), thermoelectric cooler (TEC) for temperature stabilization, and readout electronics in a compact, robust package. Engineered for stable operation across industrial temperature ranges, it provides a practical core solution for building cost-effective thermal cameras with competitive thermal sensitivity measured by Noise Equivalent Temperature Difference (NETD).
