Product Overview
The IRAYPLE AH7040MG000 is a high-performance, uncooled vanadium oxide (VOx) microbolometer infrared detector core module designed for precision thermal imaging. This device serves as the fundamental sensing engine, capturing long-wave infrared radiation (LWIR, 8-14 µm) and converting it into a high-fidelity digital thermal image.
Technology & Operation
Operating on microbolometry principles, the device features an array of advanced VOx pixels that absorb IR energy, change temperature, and modulate electrical resistance. The integrated core houses the focal plane array (FPA), a high-stability thermoelectric cooler (TEC), and sophisticated readout electronics in a compact package.
